HOW TO MIX A PERFECT OCUCAJE PERUVIAN PISCO SOUR with Peychaud Bitters!!!
Ocucaje Peruvian Pisco Sour Ingredients:
> 3 ounces Ocucaje Peruvian Pisco
> 2 ounces freshly squeezed lime juice
> 1 heaping tablespoon egg white
> 1 1/2 ounces simple syrup
> 1/4 cup crushed ice
> 2 -3 drops Peychaud Bitters
> 1-2 freshly cut, thin orange slices for garnish
To assemble and mix:
> In a cocktail shaker (or a blender) combine lime juice with the egg white.
> Next, pour in simple syrup, Ocucaje Peruvian Pisco, add ice and shake vigorously (or set blender on high speed) until frothy layer forms.
> Pour into a chilled glass, straight or on the rocks,
> Add just 2 or 3 drops of Peychaud Bitters, garnish with orange slice.
